I don't think this owner cares about inquries that doesn't make him money. no responses and when kept following up, he wouldn't work on it as he has been fully booked till end of the year?
I got the professional service for my tax return. Alex helped me to make clear about the complicated tax issues regarding foreign assets. The returns were prepared in a very timely fashion and his response to phone calls and emails were immediate all the time, and he explained the details of documents.
