I just followed their curriculum and finally passed the salesperson exam at once! Since my first language is not english, I was worried about the exam but their courses are made students to understand easily. When I had some questions, they were able to give me answers instantly. Through studying the exam, I was able to learn a lot of informative tings. I appreciate it !!!
I just started with JHT and their curriculum & lecture style is really awesome. I had lots of questions, however, they were so nice and kind to me, as well. 100% would recommend.

On March 6, 2026, at 12:45 PM in La Palma, after retiring from Korea, I took the exam in English for the first time in 30 years, with a short one-month study period. I passed. I built a solid foundation through the JHT All-package online lecture and organized my concept notes through the JHT Jipge course. I also used the exam solution course to repetitively study and understand the concepts of the problems I got wrong. On the exam day, I reviewed and re-examined key concepts through the latest exam trends and past exam questions provided by JHT. I also consulted Chat GPT for any questions I had, and based on exam trends from the past two years, I supplemented my understanding with key concepts and sample questions to enhance my understanding. Over 70 people took the exam, and there were only about two Asians. While the overall difficulty was high, the JHT Jipge course and past exam questions were similar to each other by 90%. The test strategy was confusing. I started by skipping long passages, focusing on the more certain ones, and then quickly working through them, filling in the blanks. As I continued to solve the questions, I began to see where I had initially panicked and made mistakes, as well as long sentences. The test passages were generally at least four lines long, and there seemed to be a mix of tricky questions. There were only about five common-sense questions that could be solved simply by memorizing them. Although the test questions weren't particularly eye-catching, I was able to grasp the key concepts in the JHT lectures and understand the examiner's intentions through the answer key, which I believe was effective. Anyway, I sincerely thank JHT Real Estate Academy for their help during this short period.
