I always have a GREAT experience, when I go to Natural Spa. It wasn't my usual therapist Sharon. However Sophie did a great job. Oh and the body scrub and sauna💆 Just what the doctor ordered. Later I meet with friends for my birthday celebration. I was SUPER RELAXED, on a natural high. I was on that kick, for 3 days. I will be returning soon, and on a regular basis. I found out about Natural Spa, by going online and calling. I lucked up on NS, when the other spa I wanted to go to was booked. Until then Natural Spa, I B Back 😉🙃
I booked a same day appointment for a 60 minute deep tissue massage, they provided with me access to the sauna which was nice and relaxing and guided me to my room where I received an amazing massage. It was such a nice experience and the staff were very accommodating and professional, I have found my new massage place!
Enjoyed experience. .Large shower...steam and dry saunas available...private Massage rooms. Heating pad for massage under sheet was a nice warm touch...the Massage lady did not do my feet at all, disappointing ... clean place and marble floors is very nice ... I recommend this place.
While I would love to give Natural Spa 5 stars for the massage I received alone, I am rating it a 3 based on the entire facility and experience. This is a low frills, to the point "spa" that focuses on massage primarily. Front Lobby: Tinted windows on the outside for darkened ambience. Front door left open for air flow. No active use of aesthetics- unlit candles and no dusty book shelf. No aroma that resignation with spa. Staff lounging in waiting area seats, watching a video with a baby crying. Noise from outside world very noticeable, most likely from open door. Service: Made an appointment previously and no known appointment found by staff member that greeted me. Requires payment before massage. Massage was wonderful! I had the best Shiatsu Combo with Candy. She was quiet throughout and very mindful of my body reactions. Unfortunately, the service exchanges with the the phone ringing in the front and with being VERY loud and the conversations that followed audible in my room, disconnecting was a bit hard. Not mindful in the front of house. After massage, guides to DRY sauna. Had to hunt for lights on my own. Candy gone. Ambience: see above. On arrival, Escorted to changing area and lockers, noticed change in lighting and softer ambience as well as spa sounds/music. Smell of food evident. No oils or diffusers offering pleasant odors. Offered a lightweight cotton robe, with orange stripes. No sandals provided. Wore my own. Lightweight white sheets on tables and for cover only. Aroma therapy strategies would help the odor of someone's lunch greatly! For the cost value, and to capture more of a spa like experience, a few small changes to the environment would go far. I will consider coming back JUST for the amazing massage alone.
I have been going to Natural Spa for acupressure for many many years. They do a great job and I really enjoy the relaxing experience.
