I selected this studio primarily based on its impressive online presence, and it certainly lived up to expectations. The instructors strike the perfect balance between patience and strictness, ensuring correct posture and emphasizing the importance of maintaining the power box. After just eight private sessions, I can already feel a significant improvement in my back. Highly recommend for anyone seeking effective and attentive instruction.
I am 8-month in. This studio is a gem. The instructors are truly deeply knowledgeable in traditional Joseph Pilates. I usually take classes with Jinsol Bae, who is kind, attentive, and always tailors each session to the specific needs and abilities of the group. Other teachers, Doi and Olivia are equally warm and professional. The studio itself is very clean and welcoming, and one thing I really appreciate is that the group classes are limited to a maximum of four people. It makes the experience feel very personal and almost like a private session. Highly recommend!
This place teaches authentic Romana Pilates. All the instructors are knowledgeable about the movement of muscles and bones and adjust the intensity according to the student's bidy condition. Highly recommended.
I have been getting private lessons at iDo Pilates for over a year and a half. I have done pilates in the past in many other studios, but was not able to settle down for a long time because I was not 100% satisfied. However, at iDo, the instructor is very thorough and guides the lessons according to my physical needs at the time. My posture has gotten significantly better as I used to get tight with many knots in my upper body, but pilates has been just amazing as I do not get the knots as often. Also, the studio is very well maintained in terms of fully equipped and cleanliness.
My mom and I have been taking duet Pilates lessons every week for around 3 years, and we are loving it. At first, we were unsure if Pilates was what we needed or wanted because of multiple reasons. Neither of us is athletic, and my mom is in her late 50s, now in her 60s. I am not flexible at all from sitting all day working with bad posture. Most importantly, our last Pilates experience at a different studio was only okay. However, now we feel the opposite way. We have both gained core muscles that help us with better posture, and we feel much healthier. We now treat the lesson as our essential weekly event. We would like to thank our instructor, Jiyeon, for being very patient with us :) and bringing good challenges while accommodating our health situations.
