I had wanted to sign up my 5-yr old son and 9 yr-old daughter for swim lessons but they told me my son was too young and have my daughter start first. I paid up front and went to the first lesson. My daughter hated it because they are very Korean in teaching style and did not want to go back. They never offered a trial class or a single lesson first to see if we would like it. I didn't even ask for a refund but requested that the month worth of lessons be transferred towards my son's lessons when he starts. They refused. None of these terms were communicated to me. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. The way the owner handled the situation left a really bad taste in my mouth. Also, I did not appreciate the way he was acting and speaking to his student. If I was that child's mom, I would never entrust my child in his care without me there.
