I use a different middle initial with each online purchase that I make (which is rare.) THAT is how I know that e4Hats either leaked my info sold it, or had some internal security issue. Cost me hours of stress to undo the damage to my credit. I have never regretted a purchase more than the one I made with this company. BEWARE!

Website shows retail store is open. Drove to the store but the sign on the door says to place an order online. I wanted to try on different style hats and see what size fits best. Guess Amazon will be my dressing room since they allow free returns from this company.

Change your hours to CLOSED. You do not operate within any hours you have posted, and as I can see by other reviewers, everyone else was duped by your posted hours.

Purchased 3 caps titled " Solid Linen Pro Style". When the caps arrived they are actually made of polyester! A check of the site revealed that in the description it does say polyester. There is no conceivable reason for this item to have been titled as linen, other than to mislead buyers. I would avoid this site at all costs; they exist on a slippery slope. If I go to a merchant and search for linen, the fine print shouldn't determine what I ultimately receive. I've contacted the merchant regarding this matter, and the representative vehemently defended this misrepresentation.

Do not order from here! I returned a hat, which did not fit right, for an exchange. Simple right? But they apparently shipped my new order and lost it. They blamed it on the shipping company. Don’t waste your money.
