I attended Cinema Makeup School back in 2023 and needless to say, the school was exceptional. Not only do you meet fellow like-minded people, but you really get hands-on professional experience. The teachers and staff are incredible. The teachers are real working professionals that share experiences and knowledge that not every artist would be willing to share! The school is catered towards giving you the tools to best succeed in the industry on top of the makeup artistry itself. The resources are available to students and alumni during school and even after graduation. I highly recommend this experience for any aspiring makeup artists out there!

Overall I really enjoyed while I was in the school! You really do learn a lot from the instructors, and everyone there is so nice! They help you out, and if you just moved to LA, you can also get to make connections with other artists! But one little recommendation is that, since the school do take photos of your work that you can keep, make sure you're prepared for the props or out fits for your model(classmates), because you can really use them for your portfolio.

I greatly enjoyed attending Cinema Makeup School! I completed the Master Makeup Program and am very happy with that choice. The teachers and staff were incredible, and I learned so much about all aspects of the makeup industry. I also had amazing classmates that made the whole experience extra fun!

I graduated in May 2023 doing the complete track program, and it was worth every penny. I learned SO much and will be forever grateful for this school. If you are seriously considering makeup as a career, whether it be beauty or SFX, this is the school to go to. I met amazing friends here, and the memories will last forever. Liz, Heather, Faina, Nelly, and Jake significantly impacted my time here and taught me so much and I will forever be grateful to them.

Amazing education overall I loved all my teachers and I love how many different teaching styles that they offer. I started as a beginner and I’m leaving feeling prepared to work on films and embrace the industry. Lots of love to Liz, Jake, Lisa, Nelly, Bradley, and so Many more everyone was a family and truly I enjoyed my time getting to make so many connections!!!
