I found Tami on IG and was impressed with her skill. I reached out, everything was confirmed, and an appointment was made. I even asked off work to attend. The night before my appointment, after 7 PM, she canceled. I was understanding because we all know that things happen out of the other’s control. She stated she would call me back to reschedule. A week later, I noticed there were new posts on her Instagram page, So I reached out to her and asked if she was able to reschedule, and I received no response. I then again reached out two more times within weeks apart, and there was no answer. I had asked my sister to reach out to make an appointment from her phone number because I was curious to see what would happen, and sure enough, Tami responded. There is no doubt she is skilled with her craft, but ghosting is for teenagers. When you’re an adult, and you run a business, not having the emotional maturity to engage in direct communication is just emotionally Immature, childish, and a poor reflection of character.

If I could give a negative star I would. A mom's group suggested Tami HIGHLY, so i reached out, she was super nice, asked all great questions - scheduled an appt. Then I started working weekends so had to cancel. Contacted her a few months later, she said she's super busy, I waited six weeks to get in, day before she texted to confirm our appt and then 10 min. later she texted she had to cancel would reach back out. I waited and then texted and called over a three week period multiple time and then finally gave up. Then I thought I would check out her reviews and found many other people said she has done this to them too. Owning a business you need to have business skills, she must not care.

I had a disappointing experience at Tami's Semi-Permanent Makeup. After a year of researching nano brows, I was excited to book with her, especially after our 45-minute phone consultation, where she explained the process thoroughly. I drove two hours for the appointment, only to be told it was now just a consultation—again—because she didn’t think I fully understood the procedure. I found this unprofessional, especially since I’d already consulted with her. When I mentioned my long drive, she admitted she had another client waiting, making it clear I wasn’t a priority. I felt dismissed, as though I didn’t fit her “ideal client” profile. I left feeling that my time and effort had been wasted. If you want someone professional who treats all clients equally, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Tami is excellent! Very kind and sweet. She is very gentle working on eyelashes, and wants you to be pleased. I got a lash lift and tint and was happy with the results so I came back. I’d definitely recommend her!

I made an appointment with her, however, my work schedule changed. I informed her 3 days in advance and asked to reschedule, and that this time I could pay 50% in advance for the procedure, if she felt safer. To my surprise she was extremely rude to me and blocked me. I honestly didn't understand why there was such a lack of politeness and respect, since I let her know 3 days before and explained the situation. But anyway, I'm super glad this happened before, bc I don't want an unprofessional person touching my face, especially for something permanent. Apparently she does her eyebrows well, but she's a terrible bussiner owner. Omg.
