Mrs. Joo Hee Lee is truly an Artist! She was recommended to me when I first moved to San Diego 10 years ago for eyebrow tattooing and I've been going to her since then. She is sweet and kind and also recommends eyebrow shape/color that best complement your features. She makes sure you're comfortable before she starts, during the procedure and afterwards. I recently went back for a touch-up for eyebrows and eyeliner. As a bonus, she can also help your skin look its best! She is a Master in the art of beauty and I wish I lived closer so I could see her more often! I only trust Mrs. Lee with my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooing. I see she have planty of experience . The procedure ended without pain . I like it.
