The yogurt is amazing, but the place is really poorly maintained. Napkins are just lying around on the floor, and the topping bar is super dirty. They really need more workers to clean things up.
Kids love this spot specially for the number of topping choices they offer. there could be a line up on weekends and hard to find seating but kids don't usually care

I am a regular customer at Yogurtland and I usually order the same item, which normally costs around $5 and some change. However, today at 7:10 PM, I was charged $10 with no clear explanation. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the receipt was crumpled and not given to me, even though customers have the right to receive their receipt. As someone who comes here often, I felt disappointed by the way this was handled and it honestly felt like I was overcharged. I hope management looks into this, because price transparency and respectful customer service are very important.
To be honest the plain tart is my favorite but I can’t resist mixing in a few new flavors every time. Some sprinkles or chocolates on top make it perfect. Usually a small line at this Irvine location that moves quickly with good service. It’s a bit tight inside and loud inside so it can get a little crazy on the weekend trying to get your favorite ice cream and topping in the cup. Tasted amazing and loved it.
