I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. The staff consistently avoid eye contact and show little interest in assisting customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this — I’ve visited about five times, and each visit has been the same. I often find myself standing there for three to four minutes without any acknowledgment, even though there are five or six employees sitting behind the desk, focused on their computer screens and avoiding interaction. I’d much rather drive to the Lowland Heights location, where the service is far more attentive and professional.

Great restaurant service equipment and supplies. They have a large selection and fair price, but the highlight is definitely in their customer service, namely Carlos. I've been going here with so many questions, and Carlos professionally answered all with expertise. He goes above and beyond with his recommendations and shares his expertise in such a friendly manner that I end up learning tips and tricks about the business just by entering the store. Highly recommended, and seek out Carlos if you are unsure about options and literally anything. He is friendly and knowledgeable and will gladly help you out. I'm incredibly impressed. Carlos deserves a raise.

Love coming here to shop for all things restaurant related stuff and equipments. Their plate collections are great and even greater is the customer service. Hugo was helping me back and forth choosing and switching between products. He did it with a smile and he made sure I had everything I needed. Liz was the cashier who checked me out and I didn’t wait long before she saw me ready. If anyone is not sure where to go when to shop for restaurant equipments, Action Sales in Irvine should be on top pf your list.

It doesn't seem to be very busy. There were 3-4 cars outside, otherwise I d have thought they were closed

We literally spent thousands of dollars at this place but unfortunately, we will not be returning. They have a no return policy which is absurd considering what they are. We bought a non perishable product and after using it - it turn out to be junky. We came back and they basically said they cannot accept a return because it was ‘used.’ The staff just points to a sign. Very very bad policy if you asked me.
