Called to ask about their P.O. Box fees and was told they charge you per package that doesn’t fit in your mailbox! That’s ridiculous I asked how big the mailboxes were and they said Regular size, so of course no package will ever fit in a mailbox and packages are the main reason I need a P.O. Box, I can’t imagine paying the $200 per year he said it would cost for a mail box plus $1 per package everytime I pick up mail, that’s ridiculous and rip off! I’ve had several P.O. Boxes in Los Angeles and not once been charged per package! Thats so greedy

I had to send a laptop overnight to San Francisco and Mail Plus was so helpful and kind! I'll be heading back to them today to ship a duffel bag. Will update my review after!

First of all this place is simply the best. Staff are great and available to help. We always get our mail on time and all of the added services helps get our stuff done.
