I was surprised to learn that this was NOT an official USPS store. The sign is very misleading. This location doesn’t accept credit cards; zelle QR code and cash only is very questionable practice. Razor blades stuck to usps tape was very shocking. I have dealt with many other shipping retailers and the service here was not existent and very rude. Overall experience was poor so I would not recommend this location. Even though this is located in Korea town, I am korean descent , I got a racist vibe when people who were not Korean or not speak Korean language came to the location.

I have never lost a certified mail in my life until I mailed from this location. USPS says it was scanned but never got mail. This office is not organized.

If you have a scan code that says "No Printing Necessary for your returns", Dont go here or bring $2 cash. They will charge you for the printing because they "don't have the system to process the scan code". lol and they wont let you use your card under $10 so you will need cash.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. they constantly lose packages, barely speak any english and ARE NOT AN ACTUAL USPS OFFICE. I tried to file a missing package claim to recover my loss on a bag that i’ve shipped and had 0 luck, since it’s not an official USPS location. don’t go to this awful place w/ zero customer service, from now on i’m only going to the USPS on third&western. never had any issues with those guys, but it’s always something here. STOP CLAIMING U ARE A USPS OFFICE WHEN YOU ARE NOT!!!!!!!!

This "branch" is dirty, workers barely speak English, and they do not take cards in 2021? Cash only. Can I scream I suspect money laundering louder? What a weird place. Read the other reviews. It seems they lose a lot of packages 📦
