Today, I renewed my post office box rental agreement for another year. I did this because it is the best branch in California! But I want to mention my previous visit to this branch. About a month ago, I arrived five minutes before closing time and received very courteous service. The staff spent 15 minutes helping me. I feel happy when I come here. Thank you very much! You are the best! 100 🌟!

We constantly come to this place because we really like it. We want to highlight one clerk Cesar. He is simply the best. Always helpful, does everything with a smile, very professional. Makes sure everything is well packed and shipped, very polite and attentive. We live on the other side of the city, but we still come here only because of him.

Best USPS i've ever been to. Most USPS sites are not very kind or they dont have the time for you, they make it seem like they're tolerating you for the smallest question. But here, they treat you so well, things are smooth, I even got some fillers, bubble wraps, peanuts for 0$ extra.

I recently moved to the state of CA and I have been here twice. Both visits were very positive. first visit: although they weren't able to assist with a barcoded address change verification, the employee that I interacted with was kind enough to let me know nearby USPS locations to get it done. I liked the fact that they employee explained that this location is a contracted USPS so it's not directly working for the government, but rather they are contracted with USPS. Second visit: the interactions with both the female and male employees were the best I've experienced at ANY USPS (whether official or contracted). I was running into circles and couldn't figure out what I should do, but with the patient and directing employees we found a solution to my issue as a new CA resident (not at fault of the USPS at all). Their customer service and how they present themselves were exceptional, truly. Also, with well informed employees going out of their way to assist with my issues creates a trusting business-customer relationship. The little things makes the biggest difference in customer service when building trust, which transforms into positive results. Although, they don't offer EVERY service that a government run USPS would offer, this location definitely has much better attitudes and customer service and they will direct you clearly if they aren't able to help with the service(s) you are needing. Also, you are in and out in no time. Please don't let the negative reviews deter you.
