We had a prepaid USPS 4x4x1 box that needed to be dropped off at an official USPS drop box. This store was listed as an official drop location on the USPS website. They tried to charge money to accept a USPS package. I contacted USPS and this is indeed illegal and they will be looking into it. Don't go here if you don't want to get ripped off or scammed

UPDATE: 10/26/16 JUST DONT!! Customer for over 3 years, they changed ownership and didn't I form customers. New owner is stupid and Closed my mailbox and returned my mail without notification. _____________________________________________ REVIEW ABOUT MAILBOX SERVICE (PACKAGES) ONLY If you are looking for a stable, professional, attentive, and customer service orientated mailing service look elsewhere. Juan is the best thing about this business. He is awesome and very attentive to the needs of customers. However..... I am a current customer, very soon to be ex-customer, who have used mailing services through many businesses over many years, but this one seems to make things up on the fly. They have no set holiday schedule and close simply when it suites them, very unprofessional and not conducive to persons who use their services. I live quit a distance now and many times I have taken the 1 hour ride to the location only to find it closed, either early or all together on days when they should be open. No notice given. Today, 10/3/14, I received an email stating they would be closed on 10/4/14 and instructs its customers to pick up packages today. That doesn't work for everyone. I have a package I have been waiting for a few weeks now that is being delivered tomorrow (10/4). When I explained it was a birthday present for a party on Sunday the lady states, "Call the post office and have them deliver it to your house." SERIOUSLY!!! Because I swore I paid your business for that privileged. Moreover, that kind of thing takes days for USPS it's not instantaneous. If that is what needed to happen, I they should have notified thier customers Monday or Tuesday, NOT FRIDAY! I'm done! This isn't the first time this has happened and I am sure it will not be the last. I have called other mailing services who adhere to a strict policy for business hours. I will be switching.

I have only good experience with the services of this establishment. Before moving to Bizzy Box I had bad experience with 2 other similar business services. At this Bizzy Box store they go out of their way to give their customer the best possible service. I highly recommend Bizzy Box.

The staff here is super friendly and have the best customer service. Overall a very reputable company and one I would definitely recommend to family and friends..
