I shipped my louis vuitton suitcase. The owner helped me put it in a box. I was moving out of the country. My LV suitcase never arrived in canada. So he totally stole it. Terrible. Zero stars if I could. 2/3 of my boxes arrived. Except the LV suitcase.

Best mailbox service around. Dalila helped me get started today. Thee most pleasant experience and such a wonderful representation of this company. The prices are fair, transparent, and no hidden fees. It helps if you rent longer… like 6mo’s & up, to avoid quarterly service fees as often. Thank you so much for great business. So appreciative.

Wilshire Mailbox acting as a subcontractor for another CMRA (Mailboxforwarding) and cancelled my mail forwarding service without notice because of some disagreement they were having with other company. I contacted them to set up account directly and never heard back. In the meantime my mail was not forwarded as required by PS Form 1583, some was returned to sender, some mail was plain lost and I'm still trying to track other mail down. You can't submit a simple change of address. I am now in contact with USPS Inspector's office to straightened this out, because they are legally responsible to forward mail for 6 months, charging me postage to forward. I was in the middle of setting up new business but because of their abrupt cancelation, it set me back weeks. I would never recommend them as mail forwarding/internet service. They were totally unresponsive and ignored my situation.

I used this mailbox spot for 6 months. I felt like I was always dealt with professionally and that the mailbox was a fair price. They even helped me out with some late fees at the end of my rental period.

I use them regularly to ship stuff to family, and for my business. They’re great! Super helpful, wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly.
