Had to drop off an Amazon return and Rihanna and Alex were both so helpful and polite, they made my drop off super easy! I hadn't done a customer packed return before, so i needed their help getting the appropriate materials and getting things ready for my return. They were super patient and kind with all of my questions, and helped me get everything done. Thanks yall!!

I drive an extra distance to go to this UPS store because everyone are super helpful and so pleasant no matter how busy or shitty their customers are. Today, I had a pleasure of the assistance of Alex and when I mentioned I really need to make the time to give you guys a good review , he handed me a business card with a QR codes made specially for flakey procrastinator like me. Keep up the good work and thank you for all that you guys do

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Stopped by for a quick print and they received me with great customer service. The entire staff was attentive. They were going out of their way to help out every customer that was in the queue. The location is pretty solid considering there’s parking just right around the corner in the plaza. Highly recommend this UPS store for your packaging, shipping, and printing needs. Shout out to the gentleman who helped me out! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he wore glasses and had curly hair. He really made my experience here extremely smooth and quick. You a real one, my guy. ✌🏽

Was helped by Jose Martinez. It was my first time doing a notary signature. He was very informative explained every step of the process. Even suggested making copies for me to keep before mailing out just for my records. Was in and out quickly. Jose was great thank you!

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. The lines are never busy, which makes every experience quick and convenient, and I never have to wait long to get assistance. The gentlemen who work there are always so polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure all of my questions are answered and that I leave completely satisfied.
