This place doesn’t even deserve one star—I’d give it zero stars if I could. The owner is extremely arrogant and has a terrible attitude. When you ask questions, they don’t explain things properly, yet they claim that simply replying to a question counts as ‘help’ and therefore requires payment no matter what. They force their own unreasonable logic and analogies onto customers, completely mismanaging the business. I genuinely don’t understand how this business is still operating with such poor customer service.

Owner is a scammer. $5 for a single print + tried to charge me $55 for shipping a small package. Also got mad and yelled after I refused to pay. Very weird experience.

I hope I can give a minus star! The owner, the woman was so unprofessional and very rude. I couldn't believe showed her temper to customer. My son needed a photo for the Korean consulate and he needed it ASAP. I've never seen this low quality picture. It's so blurry that it looks like a 100 year old photo. She heard our conversation and got angry and told us to go somewhere else and take pictures. She said, "I haven't seen anyone complaining about the quality of my store's photos in 16 years. Customers complaining about the quality of my store's photos. you are the first."

Quick passport photo right across the Korean Consulate. Convenient because I had to rush to file my application. If you need to ship something to Korea, this is also a decently priced spot to ship from. The man was very thorough in preparing my shipment since Korea is very strict.

Quick in and out. Had to take a passport photo and print/fax some stuff. The passport photo took 5 minutes. He’ll let you see your pic and ask if you want to retake, which is nice. Since the Korean consulate is right across the street, this shop was a convenient location. Owner is no bs and straight to the fact.
