I was there a few weeks ago to mail a parents' day card to Korea. I wrote the "to" address in Korean, and the (owner?) lady told me I must write the address in English. I asked if she had a piece of paper I could use to cover the address in Korean, but she ignored me. I found a pile of USPS shipping labels on the counter and used one to write the address in English and cover the old address. I cut out the USPS signs on the sticker so I don't confuse anyone. She yelled at me for using the label. I was so surprised by her abrupt, rude reaction that I left. As a fellow Korean, I like to support small businesses owned by Koreans, but I will never go back again. 아무리 감정적으로 기분이 안 좋으셔도 손님한테 화내는 건 아닌 것 같네요.

I have been coming here for years and have never had any issues with shipping or delivery. The couple that run it are always very nice. The parking lot is small but there's always street parking available. Hands down, this is a much better experience than going any actual post office.

if you’re just here to drop off packages or mail this place is perfect! Easy and quick drop off without much talking or waiting

BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT A REAL USPS POSTAL SERVICE. IT'S A 3RD PARTY CARRIER. They only do drop-offs without scanning the packages. They do not provide the receipts of the packages scanned. Dropped off my priority package on monday and no where to be found once it's picked up. Package was lost even though I took a picture of it being dropped off in case. Tracking was never updated until then. Meanwhile I dropped off another package at a different location on the same day and it arrived with no fail. FALSE ADVERTISING that this is an "official USPS" location. GO TO AN OFFICIAL USPS where they actually scan packages with receipts!!!
