I drive all the way from Rancho Palos Verdes to the Fullerton Olympic Golf branch because the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very good store for hard to find European brand clothes and Asian accessories. Good selection of training aids that are not stocked in competitor stores. Nice Japanese clubs and bags, and hard to find Italian golf shoes built for a classy, quality look. I know customer service isn't consistent, but the store's hard to find items outweigh this blemish.

This is the only store in our neighborhood where you can shop for everything related to golf. Having the staff assist you one-on-one makes the experience incredibly convenient. I originally went in just to buy golf shoes, but thanks to the helpful staff, I ended up getting a driver fitting and purchasing a driver at a great price. The spacious store offers a wide variety of items, from golf apparel and accessories to clubs. Discounts of 20-30% on some products make the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The staff's knowledge about golf is almost at a professional level, and they are all very friendly.

Was able to get the set of golf clubs I had wanted at a great discount as new models were coming in soon. I think I saved at least $250 compared to what I would have had to pay for the same clubs online at any other retailer.

Purchased a defected driver and no customer service was performed. I don't understand cash discount too. I also purchased a Ti?? brand glove but it was ripped off on same day. The logo on the glove did not look original mark. Lost trust with this shop so many time. A complaint was posted on FB by employee. Disgusting. No deal any more. Adios.
