I was incredibly nervous about ordering a dress online, but in the time of COVID I didn't have a lot of choice. Originally for my small art deco wedding I fell in love with a Berta gown. I saw a replica of this gown on Kara's website that was much more affordable. They worked with me to take my measurements accurately over Zoom, and were very communicative. They tailored the dress just for me, and it came on time, incredibly well made, with quality materials and exquisite hand beading. My guests all thought it was a work of art and I felt it was much better made than other dresses I had tried on. After I got it I ended up purchasing a Spanx bodysuit as the top was semi transparent; Kara wedding was also willing to sew a liner for me and helped me with other alterations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dress. I feel like I ended up with something better than the original Berta I admired!

Went to 10 other bridal shops before coming here and finding my dress. The shop is small, but well curated. Rental fees come with alterations and accessories. The store owner and workers were kind and patient thriguh my multiple trials. They also make custom dresses.
