Extremely rude! Been using her for a while and whilst waiting she tells me to come back in 30 min as if I had all the time in the world! I will make sure the all of of LA downtown knows how rude this woman is! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Super rude person! Plus im gong to file a business complain with the city of LA and the better business b! Went on to say that my business is not welcome! Shut this place down! You’re an embarrassment for the LA community! Treat people with respect and gratitude! Horrible service! We are a marketing company, I’ll make sure this goes viral on social media! This time you massed with the wrong person!

I had a great experience at this print shop. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. She patiently helped me with everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks to her support, I got exactly the result I was looking for. Excellent service—I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

I didn’t get the name of the lady that helped my partner and I print out something urgent - even though they were closing up, the lady made sure we got the document printed. I initially made a couple mistakes on the document and printed them out, but she was very patient with me when I corrected the information in my document. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She’s very talented in her craft, and I will definitely recommend Printout Print Design’s array of services to my friends and family. Impatient worker. Bad service. She Keeps complaining. When I order my product, Korean lady always complaining “it’s a lot of work” n she said she is overworked. Who force you to work? You have more work you might get more money. Or you can quit! It’s my own experience there. It’s real. She not even patiently listen to what customers wants. If Customer asking some questions, she will get mad easily n really impatient. Not trying to explain! Rude service

Had to come in today to get some items printed for a film shoot and the team here is incredible. Efficient, incredibly friendly, professional, great work, and reasonably priced. Kind of makes a girl want to just find random stuff to print so she can hang out in Printout Print all day. 5 stars!
