Extremely Disappointed — Unprofessionalism That Hurt My Business As an entrepreneur I’ve been a returning customer, and while I’ve had great experiences with team members like Jay in the past, my recent interaction with Chase was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. My first order was cut incorrectly. I was promised a discount as a courtesy, which I appreciated. However, when placing my second order, Chase not only acted rude and dismissive, but ultimately canceled my order after I simply suggested that if a customer doesn’t respond to an email, a follow-up call should be standard customer service practice especially days after with no response back mid order. Instead of resolving the issue, he became offended, showed zero professionalism, and absolutely no accountability. His attitude was uncalled for, and his behavior directly impacted my business for the second time. Chase does not seem to understand the basic principles of customer service, and his tone and actions reflected entitlement, not service. This kind of conduct is not only bad for business—it’s damaging to loyal customers. The lack of follow-through, the disregard for customer timelines, and the inability to take responsibility should be a major concern for ownership. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this business to anyone who values communication, respect, or reliability. You’ve lost a customer—and potentially many more—because of one employee’s behavior. Do better. You got off without the discount hope it was worth saving. - After calling back and speaking with Jay the issue was completely rectified. Jay rushed my order to be ready in time for promotions and apologized on behalf of Chase. Thank you for making it right look forward to coming back.

Very polite customer service but very expensive. Stay Away from this silly place don't even think to make any kind of businesses with this company. I do not recommend you to print anything here.

Jay was extremely helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for my one poster order. Very quick turnaround as well.

These guys are simply the best in DTLA. I have worked with Jay on 5 different jobs over the last few months. Most were ready for same-day pickup. On several occasions, Jay has even offered different flyer/poster layout options; optimizing & improving the design. This is a very time consuming process- it is no wonder why most printers don't care to offer this customer service. Thanks Jay and Ace Grapix! Until next time.
