I really like this restaurant. Ordering is very convenient — the menu has photos, so you always know exactly what you’re choosing. The meat quality is great, fresh and tender, and everything tasted delicious. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily come back to. Highly recommend.
This place sucks. I really really wanted lettuce wraps and they said it was impossible. Yet all my raw meat was served on them. I asked if they could put the lettuce on the side next time I ordered meat. They said no way. Lame. Just another basic shitty kbbq spot for people that don't know anything about Korean food. Boo.
Last time I can was before the change of ownership. Staffed mentioned that they are slower than before. Meat quality is so terrible now. The wagyu beef is the worst quality I have ever had. Overall, the only meat that was good was the picanha wagyu and the refular beef bulgogi. The rest was absolutely chewy and inedible. Sides lacked flavor especially the glass noodle. The waiter felt terrible. But we expressed it is not their fault. Last time I visit sadly. Also, staff just drop off items and not in the right spot. Drinks just placed wherever and we have to pass them to the correct people. Meat cuts are placed on table by several staff with no explanation on what it is. Most staff lack customer service.
Food was excellent—quality meats, balanced marinades, and quick service in a clean, comfortable space. My only gripe: the robot servers, while efficient, take away from the fun of chatting with staff when ordering. Give us the option to order with a person and it’s a five-star experience.
We had a great experience here! The quality of the food was excellent — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the floor was quite slippery; we almost slipped a couple of times, so I hope this is something they can improve for guest safety. Aside from that, the atmosphere was nice and we would definitely come back again for the delicious BBQ and great service.
