They delivered defective refrigerator to my restaurant, it was a brand new True brand. Next day we realized that the unit could not get the temperature cold enough according to the code. We called them all them to exchange it. They gave us another company s phone number! We didn't pay $2K to get a defective unit. We don't want someone fixing brand new refrigerator! We want one working brand new refrigerator! Never again!
I bought a table there, and staff was excellent. If anyone is getting started in the restaurant buisness visit this store. They might have everything you need.
