I ordered a large 1 topping pizza for carry out. My partner and I have visited the restaurant many times for DoorDash. We haven’t ordered from here until tonight after finishing a promo Dash. I arrived around 10pm to pick it up and didn’t check the box. I have full faith in folks to not take a bite(s), but I should’ve at the store. I got home and was surprised to find the pizza box with slices haphazardly placed and it seemed someone helped themselves to our meal. My partner drove back to Pizza Hut to speak with the employees there and they asked if we had it delivered… My partner came back within 5 minutes of us grabbing it and taking it back to our house. Regardless, we got a replacement pizza. Not sure if there was a shift manager there tonight, because this is unacceptable.
I ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and was served a pizza with NO SAUCE AND PUDDLES OF GREASE. I called and a lady answered she offered a partial discount I refused that because only a full refund is acceptable and Pizza Hut's policy is to replace pizzas made wrong. She said she spoke to the manager and would remake the pizza if I came back that night however it was close to time for the store to close and I don't live near that location so I was told I would have a full credit added to my account. Last night I went to get my pizza and was told I would have to pay a portion of the price by the shift manager. She called the store manager and when she finished talking to him she still said I would have to pay a portion of the price. At this point her attitude was bad she kept saying she wasn't there when my original order got messed up BUT SHE TOOK THE ORDER! I don't like unhappy people making my food so I decided to leave without my pizza that I have been craving since they originally messed up my order days ago. The pizza was gross oil was dripping from it and the cheese was stuck to the dough. I couldn't understand how they forgot the sauce which is a vital ingredient
Great service. Even when the door dash driver delivered my pizza to the wrong place, Danielle took great care of me right before closing. In fact, I'm pretty sure she stayed a little late to make sure I was taken care of!!!
my pizza was made exactly per my request. generous toppings and delivered quickly and fresh! the driver, he even wished me a good evening, pretty decent during this pandemic. most will onlyinteract until the transaction is done. very grateful to all involved. thank you very much!
Ok, So, I Always eat at the Louisiana Chicken place Right next door to this Pizza place. 😆 🤣 😂, But I have purchased 1 time here Bought a Veggie Lovers. Thin crust. I usually do. But, get this. I add Sausage. 😆 It's not so Veggie After All. 😆 ❤️
