I visited K Bop Top 10 recently (listed as “Kimbap Paradise” on Google Maps) to try their kimbap, and while the food was decent, my overall experience was underwhelming. I ordered a bulgogi kimbap, and while it tasted good, it took exactly 15 minutes to prepare, which felt like a long wait for something so simple. Another disappointment was the service. The lady at the counter wasn’t very friendly and had a bit of an attitude, which made the visit less enjoyable. As for the food, the kimbap was okay—nothing remarkable. It might be worth trying once, but I don’t see myself going back. Overall, the experience was mediocre.
Kimbaps from the Kimbap Paradise are the only Kimbaps I think taste better than our homemade ones. We ordered a Shrimp Tempura Kimbap and a Udon Combo with Tuna Kimbap this time and everything was delicious! The shrimp tempura was very crunch and the honey mustard dipping sauce (I gusse?) went well with it. Udon noodle was chewy and delicious as well.
Simple Korean comfort food set in a cute little restaurant setting- Got the Korean katsu meal which comes with soup , along with a roll of bulgogi kimbap and my husband got their combo set with ddukbokki and kimbap, which came with two dumplings. Simple, fresh and delicious with kind and welcoming servers
Love this place! Legit the best kimbap ever except my mom’s. Their rolls are huge and stuffed generously with fresh ingredients. As I ordered my roll, the lady started rolling it, so it’s freshly made to order. I’ve come back here for the second time, because the first time I ate here was really impressive, and I’m even more impressed. I got a take out this time, and they packed a small bowl of hot broth to go. 👍🏼 Strongly recommend and would return again.
So my friend recommends me this place for traditional Korean food. I never tried traditional Korean food before so I don’t know if it’s “traditional” or not :) but...I guarantee you will love this place like I do. It’s a small store in the same area with Ding Tea, Wild Crab and Kokochicken. Two Korean ladies are very nice. Warm and cozy feelings. High quality with an affordable price. I just add this place to my “must-go” list if I’m hungry. Highly recommend.
