Rude.. dumb comments. Taller lady super nice. Shorter lady rude. Rushed to purchase. Only 3 allowed to try on. All kinds of rules inside store. Kept saying my time is valueable, and we were there less than 30 min. Until she saw my cradit card her attitude changed. Garbage 🗑FYI. Some people have medical conditions that require a wig and your comments were not appreciated.
Very poor customer service. I was rushed, limited to trying only three wigs, and pressured into choosing quickly—which led me to pick the wrong one. Shopping for a wig should not feel stressful. Would not recommend.
Great place for wigs, came for a costume wig and they had such a great selection, great prices, and amazing customer service from the lady’s who work there. I knew little and they helped me with styling tips and finding the most suitable wig! 10/10 spot
Stopped by here on a whim and found my girlfriend's new second home lol the prices are awesome, the women working there are so kind and helpful, it's just a great shop for anything glam you could need.
The store is clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere!! The displays are well-organized and I loved the variety of selection. The wigs are such great quality and great pricing too. The ladies are absolutely lovely as well. Highly recommend!!
