I had such a wonderful experience at this wig store! Sara, the owner, was absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. One thing I really appreciated was how helpful she was in preparing a detailed receipt for my insurance reimbursement. This is the most friendliest place. The experience I had was so wonderful. Sara was very helpful and fit me perfect with a hair piece. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I’m so happy with my hair piece. I definitely recommend Med wigs.
Found MedWigs through a Google search and they were very helpful with choosing and purchasing a wig for my mom, who had just finished her first series of chemo sessions. Sarah and Joseph were so kind and helpful. Sarah is the stylist and did a great job of explaining the difference between the wig types and cost. It is by appointment only, which was a very easy process through their website. I scheduled our Saturday morning appointment the day before. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend. Another note, they specifically specialize in working with people going through chemo/cancer treatments and alopecia.
