I had a great experience at this optician’s office :) The owner is very kind and professional, and they offer a wide variety of glasses to choose from. The quality is really good, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve visited ☺️

This place is seriously the best place to get your eye exam and buy glasses. They have really good customer service. I'm a returning customer again this year to get my eyes examined and even took my mother for her eye exam and new glasses. Doctor said I'm good and that my vision didn't get worse. He proscribed the same glass that I current have but I bought new glass because the once I use all the time had lots scratches. (I got the new glass installed to my current frame right away, same day which is what I love from here) He gave me lots of information on how and when I should use my glasses. Always nice to answer my question. My mother went elsewhere last year but she is happier with the glasses and service we got here. The price is good. Paid a bit more than i expected but really worth it because I got some proscribed sunglasses, new glass for my current frame, and got my mom new frame and glasses. I give the doctor five stars and the guy in the front who right away when I stepped in to the store was answering the questions I had and took my glasses to fix and clean them. He even did the same for my mom. If screws or glass falls they fix for free just bring them in, it's best for them to fix, clean and adjust the frame. Guy in the front also helped me pick the new sunglasses he was being nice and patient with me. Not rushing me to buy and showing me the once I told him and even showing me some he recommend. I visited here several times from out of state during my CA travel. Always kind and helpful to get great and affordable eyeglasses. Offer eye exam on site and pick up glasses at store in the same day. Accept major vision insurance as well.
I've been going to different optometrist for the longest time but after visiting OK Optical, I finally found the right place to go. Dr.Ko is very professional and kind. Very clean and maintain high standard of customer service. No other words to say. Just go!
