Im never the one to leave a review unless i love a place but i had a Horrible experience today. I went into the store to buy a pomade and I'm browsing the pomade whe he asked me if he can help me. So i told him the texture I'm looking for, and I open the lid to show him I'm not looking for something hard, more like liquid when out of nowhere he screams, "Don't touch it." As a business owner I would never scream at a client even if something isn't allowed to be touched I went back in to see if there was a sing as I'm leaving this review only to get insulted by the owner once again. Talking about its common sense I'm sorry bro but if I'm going to pay $26.99+tax for a pomade I want to know if it's what I'm looking for.. all I'm saying is there is a more polite way of handling a misunderstanding instead of screaming at your client

I was hoping to look at a great selection of eyelashes and I found they had a huge display of not only a variety of eyelashes but different glues. I asked multiple questions over and over again and they were friendly and helped me with everything I was curious about , this was actually a good shopping experience.:))

I've been a customer for several years now. Always a pleasant and welcoming greeting from the staff. They are both courteous and respectful toward me and assist me eagerly. They are well stocked but if there is something they do not have on hand they make an effort to make it available.

I’ve come here to shop for perm solution and perming products, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and hair care products. Most times the owners and employees are very friendly, only once did I feel rushed or followed, but I understand the concern as I’m sure they deal with petty theft all the time.

I was racially profiled and followed the entire time. No one said hello to me, while other people came in and were greeted. We didn’t look the same, I’ll just say that. While I made my purchase the cashier seemed bothered by me when I asked him a question and really didn’t help out. He took my money and looked away. I said thank you, have a good one and he just turned away and said nothing to respond.
