Horrible service. Sadly I had such a negative experience I felt compelled to write this review. The massage therapist was rough and did not speak English for me to be able to communicate properly. I tried multiple times to ask him to lighten up or that something felt painful. I was very tense most times and felt discomfort several times.I had to brace myselt at times physically and tried to politely let him know I was in pain but it was useless. I left with pain and light bruising (I am anemic so do bruise easier but a massage has never caused this). I asked my brother for his experience and although he didn't feel pain, he definitely mentioned it was the worst massage he has had and that they were rough with him. We did not feel comfortable enough to leave a tip, however the workers stopped us at the door and told us we were leaving without a tip. We felt uncomfortable but sent over some money via Zelle (they only accept cash or Zelle). They did not speak English so they did not understand when we explained that we sent the money over Zelle and tried to act as though we did not even pay for the service (we did before the massage). They kept pointing for us to sit and blocking us so that we couldn't leave. This went on for 10-15 minutes post massage and it was very frustrating. I was ready to call the police because the lack of same language made it very difficult to communicate and I felt so stressed out. Finally after being on the phone with the owner, the worker turned to us and smiled and said we could go, that they got the Zelle. I wish we didn't get this massage, it was very uncomfortable and upsetting to feel like we were shaken down after the service. I will never forget this horrible situation.
I had an amazing experience with Mak! He has a real talent for finding those elusive pressure points and really working out muscle tension. I’ve had a lot of massages before, but Mak’s technique is next level. He really listens to what areas need attention and adjusts his pressure perfectly to target the spots that needed the most care. My muscles feel so much more relaxed and free after the session, and I can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing.
Easy to book an appointment same day! My mom and I went today for our first time, and we were impressed by how clean the space is. We both did the combo head + foot massage. They give you shirts and shorts to change into. The music they had was a pleasant bossa nova. Seems like there are only male massage therapists? We didn't catch the names of the ones who treated us. Very considerate - they cooled the water tub for my mom when it was too hot for her. They also give you some barley(?) tea when your massage is done. We look forward to going again!
I received a message from the female therapist who works on Wednesdays, and she was truly professional. She worked throughly on every area using her hands and also applied pressure with her feet. She took great are to address each sore spots one by one. I highly recommend her.
It's easy to book an appointment by phone. When I first walk into the massage shop, I was impressed with their cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The therapist is very professional and knowledgeable. My therapist is James, he frequently asked any areas of my concern and pressure light or too firm. I rate 5 stars for him with his skill and knowledgeable. Treatment room is comfortable, couples can enjoy at the same time with different therapist, even family members. Price is reasonable, I bought a coupon that after 10 times massages you get 1 extra massage for free. I highly recommend KOKO Foot Massage for anyone looking for a professional and relaxing massage . 💆♂️
