I really enjoyed my experience at I Spa. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and there were lots of different options to enjoy, which made it feel like a place you could truly spend several hours relaxing. I also appreciated that there’s an on-site restaurant—the food was pretty good and convenient. The main reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the service. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk and the food court were not very friendly, which took away a bit from an otherwise enjoyable experience. With warmer customer service, this place would easily be a 5-star spa for me.

This was my first time at a Korean spa but it certainly won’t be my last! I went here for my birthday and enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were very friendly and explained things well. They even let me go into the locker room to see if the locker was big enough to fit my duffel bag into before I logged it from the car. I just wish I would have had some friends to bring along as I was a bit lonely at times. I recommend going on a weekday before 5pm. It gets crowded in the spa area and the towels become scarce once people get off of work. Picture a half dozen guys all standing around naked waiting for the next towel delivery. I’ve never experienced a fully nude spa so it took a brief acclimation period but thankfully everyone was so friendly and comfortable that I got used to it very quickly. The dry and steam saunas are brutally hot so just be sure not to pass out like I almost did. I also booked an acupressure and Swedish oil combination massage which were done very well. Be ready to provide a tip at the end! All of the areas were very clean, organized and modern. They offer soap, shampoo, conditioner, disposable razors and toothbrushes and an assortment of toiletries in the spa area. The clientele are very diverse as there were people of all ages and races which was refreshing to see. The jimjilbang common areas are very quiet and conducive for resting. They have an ondol, fire, forest, salt and ice room. They also provide comfortable uniforms to change into as it is coed there. Be sure to only have food and drinks in the cafe area! I had the Sikhye. It was such a relaxing experience that I found myself dozing off several times. They offer a lot for the $35 entrance fee (waived if you book one of the more expensive massages) I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely love iSpa — and somehow it’s even better than it was before. I hadn’t been in over a year (regrettably), and I was genuinely impressed by how much they’ve upgraded everything. The renovations made a huge difference: brand new massage chairs, a much nicer lounge area, upgraded furniture, and even bean bag couches that are surprisingly comfortable. The entire space feels more modern, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. What stood out most is how clean and well-maintained everything is. It really feels like they listened to customer feedback and invested in improving the overall experience. Even the food court is noticeably better — the food is fresh, delicious, and honestly the perfect convenience after spending time in the baths and saunas (because it definitely makes you hungry). For the price, this is easily one of the best spa values in Orange County. It’s become one of my favorite spots for recovery, relaxation, and mental health reset. Pro tip: If you buy a pack of 10 spa passes, you get a discount — and it’s 100% worth it. The staff is professional and friendly! Can’t wait to come back.

Affordable place to spend a few hours rotating between hot tubs (very hot), cold plunge (very cold), saunas, salt room, and lounging areas with heated tile floors. Not luxurious, but you can easily relax for half a day. Big downside for me was sanitation. Slippers aren’t allowed and in 5 hours I never saw floors cleaned, even on a crowded holiday. Bathrooms had tissue on the floor, I saw a used Q-tip in the salt room, and the hot tubs were so chlorinated my eyes burned. It was also busy with unsupervised pre-teens—one coughing up a lung every few minutes—which didn’t add to the spa vibe. I paid $180 for a 120-min scrub/massage. The scrub is intense (you will be VERY exfoliated). The massage was extremely firm and abrupt—at one point my bad knee got what felt like a full judo/kung fu move and is still a bit sore. I did feel looser afterward, but it wasn’t a calming experience while it was happening. For $40 entry - yes. IF they had slippers and/or sanitized the floors more often. For $180 treatment, I’d go elsewhere. If you’re looking for an affordable, spend-the-day spa experience and don’t mind a no-frills, high-traffic atmosphere, this may work for you. If you’re expecting luxury, meticulous sanitization, or a gentle, zen like massage experience—Don’t.

Wow this place is AMAZING and clean. I got the body scrub and it was awesome. Your skin will feel super soft afterwards! When you step into the restaurant the smell of the delicious food hits you. I was pleasantly surprised that all the food that we got was perfect. All the common area rooms were fun to try out. Husband and I were totally relaxed and rejuvenated after this experience. 10/10 would recommend.
