Service: Applying for wife's green card - I am a disabled veteran and Mrs. Kim went above and beyond to make this whole process stress-free and actually made us have a very good experience for something that can cause a huge amount of anxiety and headache. She is very straight forward and wastes no time. Our biometrics came very fast and then our green card interview shortly after that. The main reason for the quick decision from USCIS, from my opinion, is how meticulous Mrs. Kim is. She walks you through the whole process with ease and is always responsive. She requests for documents and organizes it to perfection. On interview day, she got us an intrepreter (for a fee) which was way worth the money. David stood with us in line, while we were stressing, and calmed our nerves. He told us step-by-step what would happen, and it happened just as he said. I couldn't be happier with this entire process and I am very grateful. I urge you not to try to complete the process on your own, please pay for this service, you will see in the end, it is worth every penny.

Worst notary officer. This place overcharged me more than twice than other places in K-town. She literally doesn't know what she is doing with notary, so I had to prepare all the document from scratch. End up figuring out in 5min from another notary officer who charged only 1/3 of what I paid at this horrible place.
Joung hee is so clear and concise. The whole process was so smooth and easy for me.
She help my family to get the green card. She is so knowledgeable at her work. I highly recommend her.
