I had an excellent experience here. The service was fast, professional and efficient. I was in and out in exactly 13 minutes with no wait at all. William was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my DOJ Live Scan for my Ambulance Driver Certification, which I really appreciated. Before coming here, I tried two other locations in Downtown Los Angeles where the customer service was poor, staff were rude, and parking was a nightmare. I chose not to give them my business and I’m very glad I came to American Live Scan instead. This was by far the best decision. Great service, great staff, and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend.
When in for my live scan and finger prints, was in and out within 10 mins. I was able to find street parking with a meter a walk to the building. I paid 67$ dollars total for a doj live scan. Highly recommend very nice an professional. Feb 2026
I had no appointment, just walked in, waited a little and was helped. He was kind, rolled fingerprints quickly, and gave me the usps envelope as well. Definitely recommend
