I wish I can give ZERO star I had a very disappointing experience with the USPS worker here. It was older Asian guy, he looked like he was the owner of this place. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional, and he spoke to me with zero courtesy — almost like I was bothering him just by being there. I understand people have tough days, but there’s no excuse for being verbally rude and making a customer feel disrespected. USPS represents a federal service, and employees should treat people with basic decency. Very upsetting experience. He needs help 아저씨 비지니스 하기 싫으시면 그냥 문 닫고 다른일 찾아보시길.. 귀찮다는 식으로 손님 응대하면 망해요 망해..
I genuinely don't get the bad reviews. The gentleman who helped me was very cheerful and nice and helpful and cracked jokes. I will definitely come back if I will ever need any of the services again.
Waited 10+ mins, asked if they accept USPS packages and the lady said yes, so I walked to the parking lot to get my package and then the man said they were closed while he was helping another customer. I asked if they were closed at 330pm, as it was 340pm and he said yes. Hours say 4pm so feeling duped especially after letting me wait. Probably thought I was in for other profitable services instead of taking in an usps package. Not cool
Super rude! Never had an experience like this anywhere else before!! Can’t imagine they still have business!! I saw everybody left a bad review on the same guy, but I still go there bc it’s close to my work, every time I saw he gave attitude to people, I was wondering how people would react. This time I lost my package here, I had to call this place and ask if he has any clue where my package is, all I got is his yelling and saying it’s not their responsibility. I still haven’t found my package since I mailed it here 2 weeks ago. Folks do yourself a favor, stay away from this place, there’s another USPS on 6th just opened next to Hmart, you can walk there, don’t get abused here by this man!
I asked the attendance for $10 in stamps. He answered in a rude way: how many stamps do you want? I had no idea there was a big stamp! He got frustrated and said “oh people, what you want?”he has a terrible attitude for a business owner! So, I said then whatever is $9.85 then I gave him my debit card and he said CASH ONLY. So I went to the BOA atm and got cash. I came back to the store (apparently it’s the only one close by) and I again ordered the stamps, I asked him how much is the large stamp, he got again frustrated and loud, I gave him $10 for the 9.85 stamps, he didn’t get me change. I told him he was a jerk because he is the rudest person I have encountered in a store. I promised a review and here it is. If you have to go to the Peruvian consulate, get your stamps ahead of time.
