Darren Silver & Associates did an outstanding job handling my family’s EB-5 immigration process, including the I-526E, I-485, EAD, and Advance Parole applications. From the time we signed the engagement contract, the entire process was completed in just about two months—impressively fast for such a complex process. Initially, Darren and Anibal worked closely with me to finalize my source of funds strategy. Syed then took the lead on preparing the I-526E petition, and Dayai expertly managed the I-485, EAD, and AP filings. Every member of the team was efficient, responsive, and meticulous in their work, and all petitions were filed well within deadlines. A special thanks to Attorney Syed, who handled the most intensive part of the process—source of funds documentation. This part accounts for more than half the effort in any EB-5 case, and Syed navigated it flawlessly. He thoroughly analyzed multiple brokerage accounts, salary deposits, rental property income, HELOCs, RSUs, and other financial assets. He not only simplified a complex financial picture into a clear, USCIS-friendly fund flow, but also helped identify which assets to liquidate and which might trigger unnecessary scrutiny. His work was both strategic and beautifully organized—the final documentation read like a poem/well-crafted narrative. Syed also went above and beyond by setting up evening and weekend calls to help us meet deadlines, especially with the looming India visa retrogression. If you are working with Syed, you are in great hands! Dayai was incredibly thorough with the biometric and personal data collection for the adjustment of status and travel/work permit filings. When USCIS unexpectedly changed form versions, she quickly revised and resubmitted everything with precision and speed. Her attention to detail and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. The firm also simplifies the USCIS payment process—I was able to wire both the legal and USCIS filing fees to them, and they took care of issuing all the individual checks accurately. Thanks to their efforts, all my petitions were successfully accepted, I received receipt notices promptly, and have already completed biometrics for both EAD and AP.
