Do not work with this firm!! I worked with them for 1 year,settlement came in and they then said that I had switched lawyers 2 months prior,even though I was still working with them and refused to pay out my portion of settlement..Check out all reviews!! The good ones are know fraudulent!! Call someone else!!

I don't recommend attorney David Kim. I used to work for a company called NIW USA, Inc., and they lost a lawsuit against a well-known specialist for violating the Immigrant Consultant Law. Despite this, the company changed its name and continued to operate. Unaware of this, I worked for them until I got involved in a lawsuit myself. Without my consent, this crazy attorney obtained a Proof of Service from his office and proceeded with the case. Apparently, the money he was receiving from Samuel Jinkyoo Kang was sweet. Representing NIW Korea had nothing to do with me, so why did you arbitrarily obtain my complaint from your office and pretend not to know anything? I guess I was too easy on him. ^^
