Liz is very honest. She may say something you don't want to hear but she has an excellent way of getting her point across. Reccomend Mr. Lishner 100% for any landlord who has a tenant from hell. Or in our case a family "squatter". Fees are very reasonable. Definitely recommending their services!
This firm is unprofessional and unresponsive. We had only been with them a short time when they were incorporated into a bigger firm. The bigger firm Nussbaum was worse. They were misleading, rude and the result were less than satisfactory. The experience. was so bad I will be reporting both firms to the California Bar Association.
He and his employees are rude, unprofessional, and the lowest scum on earth.
