I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dale J. Park, who served as the opposing lawyer in a case involving a demand for a service fee refund. From the very start, despite our repeated requests for substantiated evidence to support his claims, he has continuously failed to provide any credible documentation or justification. Instead of engaging in a professional and constructive dialogue, his approach has been relentless and borderline harassing, with repeated communications that lack merit or clarity. Rather than addressing the matter with the diligence and integrity expected of a lawyer, his behavior has felt more like badgering—focused on pressuring us rather than resolving the issue with evidence-based arguments. His behavior has gone far beyond the bounds of professional conduct, causing unnecessary stress on us. If you are considering working with a lawyer, I would strongly urge you to avoid working with someone like Dale J. Park. His behavior reflects the kind of low-standard, predatory practices that undermine trust in the legal profession. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him under any circumstances. PS: To make matters worse, his communication skills, including his English, are poor, adding to the frustration of dealing with him. I even looked up his license online and wasn’t sure if he was really a lawyer or not—it’s hard to believe someone with such unprofessional conduct could be practicing law.
