I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, ethical, and effective legal assistance.
Signed up with them about 6 months ago and had two different appointments to speak with an attorney because the attorney missed the first appointment with zero notification and the exact same result on the second appointment! When you call the office, they’ll connect you with 3-4 different people while the last will have you repeat everything you’ve said to the first several people and then proclaim they will call you to make an appointment to speak with one of the attorneys and when agreed upon date arrives, no one calls you! Not sure if it’s laziness, lack of communication.. but it’s for sure a huge lack of professionalism & follow through! In fact, I emailed Angelica today with not shocking, zero response! If you wish to speak to an attorney and have someone get your information let alone win a slam dunk case for you… this is the last place to call as NOTHING will get done! Quick follow up.. spoke with Angelica but goes by Stephanie in the office for more confusion as she was sweet and apologetic for their complete lack of communication and said Teitell himself would call last night after 5 to which surprise… ZERO phone call! The incompetence, runaround and blatant misinformation from this firm is head spinning! Do yourself the favor and find a different work comp attorney as this office hasn’t done ONE SINGLE THING they have promised in 6 months! HUUUUUGE WASTE IF 5/6 months that a different office could have at least requested a trial date! HUGE headache of a firm imho!! Good luck out there as folks are unwilling to actually work hard these days it seems!!! Slam dunk injury case with a substantial payout and they couldn’t be bothered with anything more than the basic name, info, injury & such! Choose wisely as this firm can & WILL waste your time! Good luck as I know WC cases can be a huge pain as I’ve been in the system 17 years now and they couldn’t be bothered with more than basic info!! So final addendum to this review in showing their complete lack of customer service… called and left a message a little after 4 on a Friday thinking I’d speak to someone as that would be normal business hours and nope… got the machine, requested the paperwork for dismissal of representation and just that alone took them SIX DAYS to email me the requested form! Do yourself the favor and DO NOT make the mistake of choosing an office that you won’t be able to speak to an attorney EVEN ONCE IN SIX MONTHS! COMPLETE waist of my time!

She is very professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. Susie has exceptional interpersonal skills and truly cares about her clients’ needs. I just want to express my gratitude for Jamey Teitell. I appreciate your attention to my case and your help while my case was being settled, thank you for being patient and kind to me when I was venting frustrations and thank you for taking my individual situation seriously. I don't wish a workers comp case on anyone, these workers comp doctors and lawyers and review doctors have the company's best interest in mind and do not care about the human being that you are in any way. They are just doing their job so there is no one to blame, it is just a very intimidating and terrible situation to go through especially while dealing with unbearable pain and loss of income. Having a competent lawyer who will help you is the only way to deal with a terrible situation that will be life changing in the worst of ways (physically, mentally). Stay strong and make sure you have representation. My case is not completely finished but I did get the email that we have settled and spoke to my lawyer. Now I am just waiting for everything to wrap up so I wanted to let everyone know about my experience and that Jamey Teitell has been very concerned and helpful and I appreciate all the firm has done for me. I will review again (hopefully soon) when everything is finalized.
