They might have good lawyers but one of my experience with them made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I was invited to the proxy meeting of a company to vote. There were 7 people in the meeting room, I was the only shareholder. I went through a security check with two security officers which I believe is necessary. However, I soon realize I was the only people among these 7 people who actually went through it, which made me feel isolated, humiliated, and even discriminated. Especially as a minority and non native speaker, that feeling is bad. I understand and agree that since they do not know me, they want to do the security check. However, I do not know any of these 6 people as well, so I believe everyone in the meeting shall go through it to be fair and make everyone including me feel secured. These are just some personal experience to share.
I am astonished my sister was referred to this law firm. I was very disappointed in the way my sister’s case was handled with Stephen Blaker. He gave up on her case and was very discouraging. Though her case was not simple, he was very stubborn with his approach to obtaining the visa she wanted. (Other lawyers have said that there were different approaches they would take). He was not respectful or understanding with any part of this situation. Talking to him I believe was a waste of her time in receiving an opinion on a time sensitive case. Simply put, Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp lacks professional and customer service skills— would not recommend.
They have Inexperienced & careless attorneys! They delayed my immigration case and I have to return to home country. Stay away from them!!!!
