If you're looking for a divorce or family law attorney, GERARD IS YOUR MAN! I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case and am confident I wouldn't have gotten the same outcome without Gerard in my corner assisting me throughout the entire process. I probably called and consulted with 10 or more other family law attorneys and am SO glad I went with Gerard. His minimum retention fee and hourly rate is incredibly fair and more favorable then just about all of the other offices I contacted. Gerard was also extremely fair when it came to billing and never over charged or over billed me for anything! When I needed to get in touch with Gerard, he always answered my calls and returned my emails right away! At times I felt nervous about how the case was going but because Gerard always got back to me in a timely fashion he always made me feel good about where we were at with everything. Gerard really came through for me as I needed help with strategizing how we wanted to proceed with the case along with how to come to a settlement as I wasn't looking to drag this out in court. AND HE DID EXACTLY THAT! We were able to convince the other party to proceed with how we wanted and were able to come to a mutually agreed settlement so that we didn't have to go to court. THANK YOU SO MUCH GERARD! If I ever have any friends or overhear of someone in need of a divorce/family law attorney, I will definitely be sending them your way, you're the man!!!

Stay far far far away from this "attorney." One of the worst decisions I have ever made was to hire this thief. I trusted the "reviews" I read, and additional research to only find out that more than half those reviews were not legit at all. I found out through my own experience in dealing with him, as well as research and evidence presented to me. We agreed on a certain flat rate, and through the process he kept trying to be sneaky and charge me more and more. He was to edit and assist in writing my declaration, and in me trusting him to do so (for custody of my 2 yr old), he does not write anything, I had to do it all, and his so called "editing," never happened. He submitted my declaration with so many mistakes, and I paid for his "parallegal," who is really his brother (I found out in court) to go file my paperwork. The judge didnt take my declaration seriously, and in addition when it was time for Gerrard to defend me he litterally starts shaking, AND STUTTERING and all he could do was keep sitting old cases, in which the judge shut him up again...he was intimidated by the judge. I was so bothered I asked the judge if I could just represent myself, as he clearly couldnt do so. So I had to start talking and defenfing myself, even though I paid him to do it. This attorney did nothing for me. I was ripped off, and he still has the nerve to send me an invoice to pay him more. Due to the transcripts and witnesses of his very poor job during my court date, proper messures are being taken for my case as well as investigations to see how many other innocent victims have been ripped off. This person damaged my case beyond explaining, and it's horrible because my daughter has to be in the middle of all this, when a good attorney could have easily gotten me what is well deserved. Again, please do NOT trust this person with any case. If money is an issue, please know there are great attorneys out there with integrity and you can find good help.
