Truly the best car rental service I have ever used! The car was affordable and well maintained. The service was excellent. The reservation process was a breeze. And best of all they will pick you up and drop you off if you are staying within a three mile radius. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
Friendly Service, Great Price. My girlfriend has been renting here for some time now. No problems at all. Staff is very nice and helpful. My car recently had to go to the shop for repairs. I called them up and wen to see them. No lines, no waiting, no problems. I had my rental car in about 7 minutes. Best prices in town. I checked orbitz and all over the net. I then had to ask them for an extension because the repair place was taking longer then expected. Again, no problem. Highly recommended. Ask for Mark.
We rented a car from Marathon Car Rental this past week. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the time of pick up, the things could not have gone smoother! We were even given a phone charging cord when I mentioned that the ones we had on hand were not USB. Accommodations were made for us to return the car outside of their hours of operation with no issues at all. They insisted we return it later as it would be more convenient for us. But what really made this experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is the way they handled my call for help after-hours. Half way to LAX we realized that my daughter has left her wallet in the car. I was panicked. The car was locked, we no longer had the keys. No ID, no flying…. Uber driver turned around to go back to Marathon Car Rental as I dialed them, not expecting a response. To my surprise, they picked up the phone on Saturday night!! Dave was on his way to unlock the car and let us look for the wallet. We were back on the road to LAX with time to spare. So if you would like to rent a vehicle from a business that cares, Marathon Rental Car is for you!
