Midway car rental (Specifically, the one located at 3737 Beverly Blvd. - Hollywood branch- In Los Angeles) Has the best staff that has ever been Taken care of me. William is outstanding at what he does for his friendly demeanor and customer service. I also think that they have some of the most competitive pricing on the vehicles they offer. No compliment comes with a little bit of criticism though: they are limited on their electric vehicle options since they don’t have a charging station at this location. They would be able to arrange for it, but you need a day or two in advance so they would be able to accommodate or you would have to go to one of their other locations that does offer electric vehicles. They don’t operate on Sundays, which would make anyone wanting to rent a vehicle on a Saturday to have to pay for an extra day since they would have to return the vehicle on a Monday (And they don’t have a drop off option After hours either). My hope is that a situation like this could be addressed in order to give loyal customers like me more Flexible options.

I made a reservation for 10/11 - 10/13 for a mid-size car. Upon arriving there at 5pm (close to closing time) to pick up my rental my reservation wasn't showing up. They researched it and found that I mistakenly reserved for 10/17 - 10/20. They were completely booked but managed to offer me a mini van for the same price but I wasn't comfortable driving it because it was too big. I told them I didn't mind paying extra for another car and they managed to get me a luxury car for only $50 more for the 3 days. Not only did they go above and beyond to help me, they also saved me money. Ever since I found out about them, I only rent from them. They've always been so friendly and helpful. If they had an option for a higher rating, I'd give them a 10. .

Diana was amazing! They have great customer service here anyway but Diana goes the extra mile to make sure you have exactly what you need. She was so accommodating and wonderful! We will always rent here because of her. Their fleet is pretty nice too!

I had never heard of Midway before, but I’m so glad I know about them now! Davione was a pleasure to work with and the car is great - I thought I’d be getting a Jeep, but I got a Rav4, which is a huge upgrade in my eyes! I’ll be renting again :)
