The staff member who helped us (Tony) had a very poor attitude from the start. He said he couldn’t find our reservation and acted irritated like it was our fault. He even reached over and touched our phone while we were trying to show him the confirmation, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. During the vehicle inspection, he was extremely pushy and rushed us. We pointed out that the TPMS warning light was on, but he refused to do anything and just kept saying “everything is good.” The vehicle itself was in rough shape — dirty interior, clearly not cleaned, and the rear door wouldn’t lock properly. To make things worse, he asked me to move the vehicle out of a very tight parking spot during both pickup and drop-off, which shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility. When we returned the truck, he came over smelling strongly like cigarette smoke, then disappeared when we tried to hand back the keys. We had to wait around and figure out the return process ourselves. Overall, very unprofessional service and poorly maintained vehicle. Definitely not the level of service I expect when renting. Would not recommend this location.

The person at the location was extremely rude and the pickup truck was dirty. Smelled like smoke and there was blunt wrappers and an old smoothie in the truck as well as melted rubberband on the seats. The car had a big scratch at pick up.

I came just to pick up a U-Haul truck, but he yelled at me for briefly stopping in the parking lot. I wasn’t blocking anything, just trying to get the truck, but he told me to move my car out to the street right away. Super unfriendly and not helpful at all. Bad experience.

Desk representative was very experienced and knew how to help out a first timer with a trailer. Verified lighting connection on trailer hitch.
