I’ve been to that U-Haul two times in the past week and both times I have never gotten better service from Jose the man Who knows how to do it all on that location. He helped me with a reservation then when I had to return the truck, he was quick efficient no time wasted. amazing service will more than likely be back and most definitely would recommend to anyone looking to move in the future. Once again, thank you Jose for making the experience of renting a U-Haul that much easier!

I had a wonderful experience. Juan was very helpful when I had issues at a different location. The truck and auto transport I rented were in great condition! Highly recommend!

I have rented over 15 uhauls in the last year and the check in process has never been this difficult. The in person representatives REFUSED to help us in person even though I have always done this process in store. We were met with sass and acting as if we were stupid. Again I have done this process OVER a dozen times. It should never been this difficult. Very upset and dissatisfied.

First time renting a U haul and had great experience from this location. Pretty seamless and straightforward, which I love because we all hate the wait-around in LA and Koreatown. Thank you to Jose for being super friendly, accommodating, and making the pick-up and return process fast and easy. He made the rental experience better!
