The interior management of the car was so messy. Traces of dirt were clearly visible on the dashboard and passenger seat. The manager's attitude at the rental branch was also unpleasant. He even let me lent the car with car key in his back pocket. So I left without the car key and had to go back to the rental car pickup center after a long time knowing that the car key was not in the car. It must have been a waste of time

Location does not exist anymore—doors are shuttered. Update your locations Hertz, it can’t be that hard. This is not the first time I’ve looked up and went to a “Hertz location” only to find it doesn’t exist.

Needed to rent a car for a month prior to the car I ordered arriving. Got the managers special at a really great rate. The agent (can’t remember his name, bald head) was very helpful and gave fantastic customer service. Drop off was great and the manager was really nice too. I highly recommend this location if you want a more personalized experience vs. dealing with the headache at the airport location.

Booked a full size SUV. Given a Suburban which is gorgeous. Friendly efficient service. Had already booked full insurance, which the guy highlighted saying I didn’t need anything else. It was so refreshing not be try and be forced to buy additional duplicate insurances which often happens in Spain, etc. Best experience of car hire we have ever had anywhere including Europe or Florida. Can’t recommend highly enough

Unbeatable prices! I chose the manager’s special and got a 2022 Nissan Sentra at $270/week. Seamless pick up and drop off - just had to wait for the car to be cleaned. I recommend calling the morning of to confirm your reservation. I’m very happy with my experience - don’t let the negative reviews deter you.
