I had an outstanding experience at BMW of Downtown Los Angeles. From start to finish, the service department was professional, transparent, and efficient. The staff took the time to clearly explain the work needed, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and my BMW was returned in excellent condition—running perfectly. It’s clear that the technicians here take pride in their work and truly understand BMW vehicles. Scheduling was smooth, turnaround time was reasonable, and there were no surprises. If you’re looking for a dealership that delivers honest communication, expert service, and a great overall customer experience, this is the place to go. I will definitely be returning for future service.
I recently purchased a BMW M4 Competition and the experience was absolutely amazing. Vlad and Sam helped me every step of the way and made the whole process smooth, easy, and stress-free. They were extremely hospitable, honest, and kind, and really made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. No pressure, no scams — just a straightforward and enjoyable buying experience. The car is insane and I couldn’t be happier. Sam and Vlad are truly some of the nicest, most kind-hearted people you’ll meet. 10/10 experience overall. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased my first BMW on December 12, 2025 — an X3 with the M package, white exterior, and a beautiful burgundy/reddish interior. It was the exact combination I had been searching for! Before visiting Downtown BMW, I checked out a few other locations that weren’t BMW dealerships, and let’s just say the experiences were less than ideal. From the moment I connected with Hennessy Rodrigues, everything changed. We went back and forth for almost a week, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to answer all of my questions. I’ve only ever driven Hondas, and I’ve honestly never received this level of attention and care — not even from Honda of DTLA. This was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. If you’re considering a BMW, I highly recommend looking up Hennessy — she truly has your back!
Brought my vehicle here for the first time to get an oil change and my service advisor Everardo Villalobos , was beyond the best. I received a through inspection and he caught things that needed attention. I was able to get my car serviced and it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealer in a very long time. They were very professional and accommodating. I have found my new home here when it comes to my BMW. Big thanks again to my service advisor Everaddo he deserves recognition for his excellent service.
Initially was hesitant as my last BMW was through Nick Alexander (the old owners) but glad I returned even after the change to Downtown BMW. Had a wonderful experience with Victor who is one of the most accommodating and relaxing people I have ever dealt with while buying a car. I highly recommend you visit Victor. Excellent communication, responsive and just a pleasure. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating including Mark, the Sales Manager and Ada in Finance. I am good about reporting an issue, today I get to publicize how great these folks are!
