They damaged the paint on my matte-finish car and refused to take responsibility. I had to go back and forth just to get a refund, and they still denied any fault. No apology, no accountability. They had the nerve to tell me that the damage was present before I got there and that the scratches were made with a key ??? What?? So I’m going to scratch my own car and then blame on them for what? For a free car wash? Be for real!! Absolutely horrendous customer service. If you care about your car — especially with custom paint — avoid this place.

It’s a really great hand car wash. On a weekday morning you can be done in 15 minutes easy. During the weekend, it can take around an hour because the place gets packed. It’s nice that they’ll let you know how long it takes if it’ll be a longer wait. They do a great job of vacuuming too. I had to remove a star for the pricing. It changes sooo much. It’s incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes they charge me more for having a crossover but not every time. Even without the up-charge, three weeks ago I came and the price for a hand wash and rainbow wax was $16.95. Today it is $20.95. I like to budget my cash. This place makes it hard to do so. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. I need consistency in pricing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a bad experience visiting this car wash today. I'll start right away with the result, after I got it, I was extremely disappointed. the windshield was very poorly washed, and the carpets and seats were not well cleaned. dust remained in the cabin, the workers did their job very poorly. I think this place has a very high price for such work.

Since they offer hand car wash, the service takes a little over 20 minutes and they do a very good job.
